Lung cancer (208,506 cells, 9 major cell types)

Lung cancer

We present extensive transcriptomic profiling for treatment-naïve lung adenocarcinoma cancer patients at single-cell resolution. To depict the perturbation of tumor microenvironment during cancer progression and metastasis, we sequenced diverse sites covering primary tumor, lymph node and brain metastases, and pleural effusion in addition to tumor-adjacent normal tissues and lymph nodes.

  • Epithelial cells (EP),
  • Fibroblasts (Fibro,)
  • Endothelial cells (Endo),

Colorectal cancer (63,689 cells, 6 major cell types)

Colorectal cancer

We present an extensive transcriptome profiling atlas for treatment-naïve colorectal cancer at single-cell resolution. To depict the comprehensive cellular landscape, we sequenced 33 samples including 23 cancer and 10 matched normal tissue isolates.

Bladder cancer (2,075 cells, 7 major cell types)

Bladder cancer

We present a single-cell RNA sequencing analysis for a metastatic muscle-invasive urothelial bladder cancer (MIUBC) to elucidate therapeutic resistance mechanisms. We profiled gene expression in [2,075 human cells] from the primary bladder tissue isolates, and [135 human / 1,009 mouse cells] from the patient derived xenograft (PDX) model.

  • Basal tumor cells (Basal),
  • T cells (T),
  • Endothelial cells (Endo), Macrophages (M,)
